		<description>I ALWAYS put garlic in my chili, I have to admit I&#039;m a bit of a garlic freak as it&#039;s meant to be good for your heart. Will probably write a post on the benefits of garlic at some point. As my sister, you can tell me honestly if I stink of garlic!!!! 

Maybe put basil and oregano in it too? Last time I thickened my chili with cornflour and it was great. I&#039;ll admit I never eat quorn either because it makes me sick as soon as it passes my lips. No idea why... 

One thing I will say though Amelia, is that if you&#039;ve got any veggies lurking in the fridge, shove them in! They really help pad it out if you need to feed more people than you expected and it doesn&#039;t matter if they&#039;re a bit old but still edible eg. carrots, peppers, courgettes, leeks - whatever!!!

		<description>That is an easy looking recipe, although I would have to do some slight conversions here in the US.  It is always good to have those easy, healthy recipes tucked away and ready to use.</description>
